Political Signs, Smashed and Sliced!
Democratic Candidate for State Representative in District 91, Christian Chiari, is really pissed.
His big and expensive political signs, (that we have begun to see more and more of with the November election coming fast), are being trashed. And not just pulled down, but slashed and stomped and split and kicked.
Chiari says , "one thing is certain, someone feels threatened by my signs". He added that his big signs are sponsored by individual donors and that he "doesn't have the heart" to tell his sign sponsor, a little old lady on the beach, that her sign has met an untimely end.
Now this is nothing new. The unseemly sport of yanking the oppositions' campaign signs has been around forever, but the Chiari signs are being unusually battered.
Therefore, Tim Smith's Fort Lauderdale is offering a $1000.00 REWARD, leading to the conviction of the slasher/stomper.
Chiari says he thinks he knows which political opponents' camp is behind the pummeling. So I reached out to the Bogdanoff campaign for a comment. None has been forthcoming, as of yet.
The Reward money is in the bank. Give me a call......Tim

Wow Tim ......maybe you can start a fund from your blog, like crime stoppers, to stop the drug dealers in our neighborhoods ?

As in every election year ~ it seems that this happens much to often, which is a "Total Disgrace!"
Every candiate has the right to run for the seat, and does not deserve this to happen. If you (anyone) do not like the person running for the seat, than just simply do not "Vote for them." Do not destroy a campaign sign!
Are we or are we not suppose to be adults? Something such as this makes me wonder if we are playing with a full deck.

Bogdanoff should be very afraid.
She's the majority whip in Tallahassee and Broward County got shafted in this years budget, especially the school budget.
She's is worse than useless - she makes us believe her position in the Republican party gives us some benefit.
It might, if she was a decent legislator.

Chiari is full of crap. Those signs are placed by the company who printed them and has the rights to the locations. Coincidentially that is why they are all is the same places as signs for Bruce Udolff and John Howes. I am not condoning what took place but this guy lies and lies i.e. the thing about the old lady sponsor. This is the same guy who is pictured on Cindi Hutchinsons web site and recently critical for months of Jack Seiler for not doing enough for the gay community then turns around and now rips Cindi (since he knows she cant win) and praises Seiler. I am no fan of Bogdanoff but this guy is slimey.

I just think people are big jerks and too many people are angry these days. Is the sign affecting YOU personally? The outcome of the election might, but the sign itself - is it hurting you? No. Leave it be and stop being so gosh darn angry and destructive.
