Racists Warn America about Obama
Obama's surge in the polls seems to be making some racists quite nervous.I know, because I've received numerous racial rants recently by e-mail, warning of dire consequences should Obama be elected President. I get lots of unsolicited e-mails, being a former Commissioner. I try and ignore the nutty ones, but the latest missive was so insane, I just had to respond.
It was a rambling manifesto not only about Obama being a Muslim, but also being a part of a terrorist plot to control the world. It went on and on about the "proof" that the "mainstream media" was "covering up". Quite kooky!
I sent a short reply; - "It is unfortunate that you have drank so much kool-aid that you actually think Obama is a Muslim plant running for President to take over the free world....so sad....... but I will pray for you none-the less....
I had clicked "reply all", just to let the whole 50 or so on the nut note know how I felt, and .....
A phantom bigot e-mailer replied back - "Madam or Master, whoever you are, I don't drink kool-aid and don't need your prayers. I saw the light YEARS ago and am a diehard Republican. If you can't see that that nigger is a muslim, then God help you. If you wanna pray for anyone, pray for the dumb-ass populace, that are stupid enough to vote for the black bastard.
We have much work still to do in America!
It truly is sad that people are so hateful and intolerant today.
Why must people perpetuate lies to justify their own hateful veiws?
The Republicans can look to their beloved Bush and find many faults and major character flaws that are real and true, instead of making up lies about a very refreshing individual that hopefully will drag us out of the shit storm that Bush has created.
I wonder if Bush and his supporters sleep well at night knowing so many folks across America are really suffering due to the greed and selfishness of the current regime.

Anyone who brings up "race," is racist, for they are perpetuating a myth.
It's time to end this myth that is solely used for political purposes.
The Race Myth: Why We Pretend Race Exists in America
by Joseph L. Graves Jr., Ph.D.
Preeminent evolutionary biologist Joseph Graves proves once and for all that it doesn't. Through accessible and compelling language, he makes the provocative argument that science cannot account for the radical categories used to classify people, and debunks ancient race-related fallacies that are still held as fact, from damaging medical profiles to misconceptions about sports. He explains why defining race according to skin tone or eye shape is woefully inaccurate, and how making assumptions based on these false categories regarding IQ, behavior, or predisposition to disease has devastating effects.
Demonstrating that racial distinctions are in fact social inventions, not biological truths, The Race Myth brings much-needed, sound science to one of America's most emotionally charged debates.
The traditional concept of race as a biological fact is a myth. I am going to show you that nearly everything you think you know about race is a social construct. You don't have to be a racist to be wrong about what race is. That doesn't make the effects of a belief in race any less damaging, or the situation any less perilous. Most Americans still believe in the concept of race the way they believe in the law of gravity—they believe in it without even knowing what it is they believe in.
If you ask the average American college student if biological races exist, most will say yes. In my classes, when I asked students to identify their own race, most couldn't be any more specific than a vague catchall like "white." They couldn't say what the criteria are for membership in a racial group, and most believed that black, white, Asian, Hispanic, and American Indian are biological races. Some of them thought that every country has produced its own biological race.

The world is full of "idiots" for sure. Let's be honest here ~ Obama will be our next President to run our country, so the people that are out there that thinks he is Muslim or whatever get use to it.
McCain is to damn old, yes more experienced maybe than Obama but he is another Bush. McCains health is not the greatest either, would really hate to see his running mate for VP to run our country. She really is a "dip shit."
Why does everyone want to pull the "race card?" Maybe it is time for a change for our country to have a black President ~ shit the last few white ones have done nothing for the middle clas working people.
Go Obama!

Tim, I also get some pretty frightening e-mails concerning Obama. My motto is I dont care if our candidates are black, white or purple..I want someone who is going to restore my faith in the political system and give me reason to plan my future.I dont see that with any person on any ticket, local up to Presidential. It was as if it were yesterday and the Kerry/Bush campaign was about as bleeding to the American public as one could get, without the infusion of color.I dont like Obama, but thats ok I am not crazy about McCain either. Maybe as a citizen I am just burned out with any kind of expectation other than politicians seeking office for no other reason than their own self serving agendas. To date, they sure haven't proved me wrong.

While the comments from the so called kooky person were racist, it can not be denied that it has become common for Obama followers to think that anyone who disagrees with him is racist.
The fact is you have to look no further than the democrats who have been running congress since 2006 (which is just about the time things started going down hill) to see who is responsible for the current financial crisis. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd sat at the helm of Freddie and Fannie Mae and benefitted personally, as did Obama, while the ship was sinking, despite calls for more oversight and regulation from Senator McCain and President Bush in 2005. President Clinton before that pushed policies that also contributed to this mess by pressuring lenders to give mortages to people who didn't qualify.
Bush did not create this mess. Though the morons on the left like to believe he's responsible for all the evils in the world it's simply false. Quite honestly, he stood up to the plate at great personal and political expense to keep this country safe. He was told that if you stand up to the terrorists and their facilitators on the left and do what is neccessary to protect this nation you will be hated by the world and half of the country. He did it anyway and we have not suffered an attack in 7 years. He put Country First- politics second.
By the way, if you haven't figured it out, I am a republican and I sleep just fine.

I would NEVER vote for Obama for President and it has NOTHING to do with his race. I worry about commander in chief Obama, and say the Delta Forces waiting for a decision on a vital Special OPS approval. Remember Senator Obama and all those "present" votes in IL? Can he make a decision? This is just ONE example of Obama's many flaws. His association with Rev. Wright and others also concern me. I do not believe Obama can lead, and without his trusty teleprompter, he isn't much of an orator either. These are dangerous times for America. Too dangerous for an untested one term Senator with really NO record of accomplishments in IL, or the U.S. Senate to speak of. I would also like to hear the stories of all those people Obama helped as a "community organizer". Who were they, how did he help them, and did it improve their quality of life in a lasting way?

How sad that some people still live with that kind of discrimination in their hearts.
As for Republicans amd those who voted for Bush, they elected a man who has single handedly distroyed the economy of the world in just 8 years.
How sad. Smarten up America, Obama is not the great satan.

Smarten up is right! It was the DEMOCRATS who did not want controls on Freddie and Fannie Ginnee. Who are we going to blame everything on when Bush is gone? Oh, yeah everything for the next century is Bush's fault. The think I fear about Obama and his buddies is their SOCIALIST FAR LEFT agenda! America should be afraid too. Why do you think the stock market is going down? Bush? NO. It's the fear of SOCIALISM in AMERICA.
