Actually, I believe the district commissioner should start climbing the ladder & be the Humpty Dumpty.
His district! Tim actually does enough for the city & the community which he lives, let other commissioners follow Tim's foot steps within their districts.

I will miss the mermaid and the octopus with recycling eyes, but your idea is terrific! Just have to find another way to include recycling. ;-)

Oh yes Tim. I remember you sitting on the wall, I believe I still have the article from the paper.
That Saturday we really did have a lot of fun, & making a difference at one of our gateways into the city. It is time for another paint job for sure!
